ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY

This Acceptable Usage Policy oversees the utilization of UCG L.L.C.'s services and products by all customers, with a focus on upholding the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of the UCG L.L.C. network and offerings. UCG L.L.C. retains the right to amend this policy at any time, with immediate enforcement of changes upon posting. Your usage of UCG L.L.C.'s services indicates your agreement to comply with the current Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all actions taken during service use and are expected to refrain from engaging in unacceptable conduct.

Prohibited Activities:

Unacceptable actions include, but are not limited to:

• Posting, transmitting, or storing material that violates local or international laws, contains threats, abuse, obscenities, indecency, or defamation.
• Installing or sharing unlicensed software.
• Employing deceptive marketing strategies.
• Disrupting others' use of UCG L.L.C.'s products or generating excessive network traffic.
• Introducing malicious programs into the network.
• Attempting security breaches or disruptions of network services.
• Monitoring data not intended for you.
• Interfering with user authentication or denying service to others.
• Sending unsolicited emails or engaging in harassment.
• Forgery of mail headers or unauthorized use of mail addresses.
• Propagation of chain letters or pyramid schemes.
• Violating export laws or operating High Yield Investment Programs.
• Hosting attacking websites or using copyrighted names or logos without authorization.

Enforcement

UCG L.L.C. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in response to policy violations. Efforts will be made to address issues cooperatively before resorting to suspension or termination.

Privacy

UCG L.L.C. does not ensure the confidentiality of transmitted information and may monitor network transmissions for maintenance purposes.

International Compliance:
